The Sindh government has decided to release employee salaries and pensions prior to Eid-ul-Azha in order to relieve the suffering of the general populace. The public is currently experiencing high inflation, and the ongoing crisis has even affected celebrations, leading to this choice.
The Finance Division has announced that on June 23, a week before Eid, government employees will receive their paychecks. On the same day, retired workers will also receive their pension payments.
Eid ul Azha is likely to fall on June 29, according to a forecast made earlier this month by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). Major cities are anticipated to experience cloudy weather on June 19 during the Dhul-Hajj moon sighting, according to PMD.
Despite the fact that the official declaration is still pending in light of the moon sighting, PMD predicts that the moon will be visible for more than an hour after sunset.
