Yesterday, Samsung finally made the Galaxy A34 and A54 official after weeks and weeks of rumors. But as a fresh leak of the Galaxy A24 serves as a reminder, they won’t be the last Ax4 smartphones to debut this year.
As its name suggests, the A24 will be even more entry-level than the A34. A list of its specifications has also been released, along with a few photographs that appear to be advertising materials.
The phone’s 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen is rumored to have a 90 Hz refresh rate, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits, but we think this refers to spot brightness rather than full screen. Nonetheless, for a lower-midrange smartphone, rather good.
The MediaTek Helio G99 Processor, together with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage, powers the A24. A 50 MP primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture, a 5 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro camera make up the triple camera system on the back. A 13 MP camera is in charge of taking selfies.
According to reports, the Galaxy A24 is 162.1 x 77.6 x 8.3 mm and weighs 195g. It sports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Up to 25W can be used to charge the 5,000 mAh battery. According to reports, it will come in black, silver, a minty green, and a reddish-orange color that Samsung will certainly refer to as something more fascinating.
