Samsung has extended the OneUI 5.1 upgrade to the Samsung A23 in response to the recent OTA for more expensive Galaxy A33 and A53 handsets. It is the first entry-level phone in the line to have the newest 5.1 Interface. This is a complete list of everything in the update.
Beginning with the firmware, the OneUI 5.1 features and February 2023 security patch are included to version A235FXXU2CWB4 of the Samsung Galaxy A23 UI. The new OS is presently being rolled out by Samsung in Ukraine. After cycling across all of Europe, the upgrade will then be made available in other international regions.
The Pakistani A23 customers will surely receive OneUI 5.1 despite the uncertain release date. Samsung will alert customers when the update becomes available in the upcoming weeks, and they may upgrade their phones by going to Settings > Software update and selecting Download and install. Everything else will be handled by your Galaxy A23. Check out the Samsung pricing list for more information on the A23’s features and price.
With the most recent Samsung 4G smartphone, OneUI 5.1 improves the operating system in several ways. The selfie color tone may now be quickly chosen in the camera app. The Gallery app now allows users to see and modify EXIF data for images and videos. As many as three internal camera faces can now be hidden by AR emoji.
Other enhancements to the new UI include quicker animations and lessened frame skipping while navigating between apps or returning to the home screen from an app. Users may now press and hold to choose certain items from an image, much as in iOS 16. The update also includes new weather and battery widgets. The Galaxy A13, its lesser model, has already received the Android 13 upgrade, although we are unsure when it will get the OnwUI 5.1 update. The new cost of the Samsung a13 in Pakistan is about Rs. 58,000.
