Samsung Galaxy A series has launched one of its most affordable smartphones of the year. The Galaxy A04s is an updated version of of the the Galaxy A04 from earlier this month and a direct successor to last year’s Galaxy A03s.
Samsung Galaxy A04s Price is yet to be revealed, but since it is an entry-level A series phone, we expect it to cost around $150 – $200.
Design and Display
Internals and Storage
Although the chipset has not been officially disclosed by Samsung, the Exynos 850 is most likely it based on the CPU arrangement. It is far more efficient than the 28nm Unisoc chip in the A04 while also outperforming last year’s Helio P35 in the A03s. With 32GB/64GB/or 128GB of storage and a microSD card slot, you may choose between 3 or 4GB RAM.
Software-wise, you get Android 12 and a slimmer version of Samsung’s user interface called One UI Core 4.1.
Cameras
A 50MP primary sensor sits in the centre of the triple camera arrangement on the rear, which also includes two 2MP cameras for depth perception and macro photography. Similar to the Galaxy A04, video recording is limited to 1080p at 30 frames per second.
The waterdrop notch holds a single 5MP selfie camera.
Battery and Pricing
Battery capacity is no different from its siblings at 5,000 mAh. It still lacks fast charging, but the micro-USB port has finally been upgraded to USB C.
As mentioned earlier, there is no word on pricing yet, but we expect it cost somewhere between $150-$200.
