Salma Hayek let it all hang out while honoring her 24 million Instagram followers.

Following her achievement on Tuesday, the 56-year-old stood up and danced with her glam team, despite her robe falling down and showing her lady bits.

Hayek seemed unfazed by the wardrobe malfunction and continued to dance while her pals laughed in the background.
