Following the release of video showing a flight attendant smiling while using racial insults, she was fired.
Following the release of the disgusting video, in which Daisy Hulatt is heard saying “f*** the n******” while drinking at Bedford’s The Rose bar, Ryanair has fired her.
The horrifying statements were recorded on Snapchat and show a man whose name is thought to be Bradley.
Bradley leans up near to Hulatt and whispers inaudibly, “F*** the black folks,” as she smiles. The person filming tries to catch Bradley’s attention.
She then turns to face the camera and utters her own horrible statement while leaning into a bystander.
With 346,000 views and tens of thousands of retweets, the video went viral and sparked outrage online. People rushed to alert Ryanair to the employee’s behavior.
Outraged viewers tagged Hulatt and his employer Ryanair. The low-cost carrier announced on Thursday (November 10) that Daisy was no longer employed by them as a result of the incident.
A fifth person, who is understood to know Hulatt and her family said that the former hostess has been axed from the company.
They added: “Yeah she lost her job.
“I know her, friends with my brother just found out she lost her job and she says she might be moving out of Bedford.”
On Thursday, Ryanair said: “Ryanair does not tolerate any form of racism.
“This individual no longer works for Ryanair.”
