A reward of Rs 500,000 has been offered by the Punjab Home Department for information leading to the capture of criminals who damage and assault law enforcement officials while setting fire to the Jinnah House and other public and private property.
In this regard, two numbers have also been released. The Home Department has stated that citizens should assist law enforcement organizations and demonstrate their responsibility as citizens.
The Punjab Home Department also released images of the vandals, requesting assistance from the public in locating them while assuring that the identities of the informants would remain secret.
For reporting criminals, the Interior Order has provided the toll-free numbers 0800-11111 and SSP Operations CTD Punjab 0333-6568985.
Earlier today, Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, gave the Punjab government instructions to act quickly and detain the vandals within 72 hours.
Law enforcement authorities, on the other hand, have apprehended some of the criminals who attacked Jinnah House and other military installations in Lahore, and the process of apprehending more is ongoing.
