According to reports, Realme will introduce the newest model of its GT Neo series smartphones in China. The hardware specifications of both smartphones, which are anticipated to be released as the Realme GT Neo 6 and Realme GT Neo 6 Pro, have been leaked on Twitter. According to the most recent leak, the Realme GT Neo 6 “Pro” model might have a top-of-the-line Snapdragon chipset while the standard model might use a MediaTek Dimensity SoC. A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC powers the Realme GT Neo 5, its predecessor. In China, it was introduced earlier this year.
The processor and a few other important details of the rumored Realme GT Neo 6 series have been leaked on Twitter by tipster Alex (Twitter: @alextechetc). According to the tipster, there will be two models in the Realme GT Neo 6 series: the regular Realme GT Neo 6 and the Realme GT Neo 6 Pro. The pro model is rumored to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the standard model is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series chipset.
The tipster also disclosed that the Realme GT Neo 6 will include a 5,000mAh battery with 100W support. Additionally, it is anticipated to include 1TB of internal storage and 16GB of RAM. The Realme GT Neo 6 Pro, on the other hand, is anticipated to be powered by a 4,600mAh battery and 240W charging support. The phones could have up to 1TB of storage and 24GB of RAM.
The Realme GT Neo 6’s design recently surfaced online. The smartphone is rumored to have a dual-toned, green back panel with a large, rectangular camera island on the back that houses three camera sensors and an LED flash module. Additionally, a Snapdragon logo was also visible on the back of the device, indicating the phone’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which conflicts with the information from the most recent leak.
The volume and power buttons are placed on the right side of the Realme GT Neo 6 leak, which also features sporty slim edges. It is advised to use caution when interpreting this information, as the company has not yet made any plans to release a smartphone line that will replace the Realme GT Neo 5 series.
