New hours for bakeries and restaurants during Ramadan have been released by Deputy Commissioner Lahore.
According to the information, Lahore’s restaurants and bakeries have been given permission to operate during Iftar and until six in the morning.
For the month of Ramadan and the Eid holidays only, bakeries are permitted to remain open until 1 a.m.
The notification also stated that all bakeries and restaurants will resume their regular hours following the holidays associated with Eid and the month of Ramadan.
Additionally, it specified that all pharmacies, hospitals, labs, gas stations, CNG stations, milk shops, tandoors, and puncture shops shall continue to be exempt from the order.
