For the occasion in Washington, DC, Rachel wore a floral dress in shades of green and blue. On the red carpet, or more precisely the blue carpet, Rachel “Stuhl” the show while stopping to pose for photos with a number of other guests.
In one photo posted to her story, the 26-year-old was photographed with 2018 Wimbledon mixed doubles champion Nicole Melichar-Martinez.
