Rabi ul Awwal Moon Sighting 2022: The moon for Rabiul Awwal has not been sighted and the Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) will be be celebrated on Sunday, October 09, Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announced on Monday.
The announcement was made following a meeting of the moon sighting committee in Karachi. The first of Rabiul Awwal will now fall on Wednseday, September 28.

In addition to astronomy professionals, academics from various philosophical traditions attended the gathering. The committee did not hear any reports of sightings of the new moon from anywhere in the nation.
