PSL 8 opening ceremony live updates: The 8th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will begin at the Multan Cricket Stadium, ending the long wait for the much-anticipated opening ceremony.
An electric energy permeates the stadium as spectators pour in in anticipation of the ceremony.
The star-studded festivity of Pakistan’s biggest cricketing tournament will feature celebrities including Aima Baig, Sahir Ali Bagga, Pasoori sensation Shae Gill, Asim Azhar, and rapper Faris Shafi performing.
The first match of the season — set to begin at 8pm — is between the two finalists teams of the previous year, runners-up Multan Sultan and the defending champions Lahore Qalandars.
The electrifying ambiance in and around Multan Cricket Stadium will be further enhanced by an amazing fireworks display.
