Due to international obligations, several of the international players for two Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises would only be partially available for the eighth season of the competition.
After finishing their international obligations in Bangladesh, England internationals Jason Roy and James Vince will rejoin Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings, respectively, on March 7.
Until then, Adam Rossington will fill in for Vince in the Karachi Kings camp while Najibullah Zadran will cover for Jason Roy in the Quetta Gladiators camp.
Dasun Shanaka, the captain of Sri Lanka, who was a member of the Peshawar Zalmi team for the HBL Pakistan Super League 8, will return to play in the away series against New Zealand.
Dwaine Pretorius of South Africa has also joined the Gladiators team in Lahore, and Yasir Khan has been added as a substitute. Yasir formerly represented Peshawar Zalmi.
