HBL PSL 8 Anthem: As the PSL 2023 approaches, fans are excited about the much-awaited anthem for this year’s cricket extravaganza.
Here is the Official PSL 8 Anthem
The PSL 2023 anthem is sung by Asim Azhar, Shae Gill, Faris Shafi, Abdullah Siddiqui, who is reportedly producing the music as well.
This is the second consecutive year that Abdullah Siddiqui is part of the PSL anthem as last year, the singer and composer made the PSL 7 anthem titled, “Agay Dekh”, alongside Atif Aslam and Aima Baig.

Earlier, it was reported that Ali Sethi was going to be part of the PSL 8 2023 song, but his father, Najam Sethi, the current head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), had the contract revoked, to avoid any conflict of interest.
“I’m disappointed that Ali won’t be able to sing the anthem. Ali is also upset about this,” Najam Sethi said. “We will bring in Ali Sethi for the anthem when I’m not here. You need to understand my position. I don’t want to be involved in any controversy over conflict of interest,” he added.
The PSL 8 tournament is scheduled to start on 13 February at Multan Cricket Stadium, where defending champions, Lahore Qalandars, will go up against Multan Sultans.
Who will perform at PSL 8 opening ceremony?
According PCB, Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig will perform in the opening ceremony alongside the PSL 8 official-anthem singers — Asim Azhar, Shae Gill, and Faris Shafi. The mega opener at Multan Cricket Stadium is scheduled to take place on February 13.
