The response from students to the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2022–23 in Pakistan has been incredible. From 143 universities, a total of 652,155 applications have been received. This program aims to provide students with personal laptops to aid them in their academic pursuits. This plan has been executed successfully in the past, distributing nearly a million laptops. 100,000 laptops will be given away in this phase.
The selection procedure is impartial and open. It involves several levels of review and evaluation. The program’s goal is to close the digital divide between those who have access to it and those who don’t. By giving students laptops, we can give them the tools they need to participate in the digital world and improve their education.
The selection of students will be based on their merit and scholastic success. Those who are chosen will get laptops that will help them with their studies and provide access to a wide range of educational opportunities.
