Following a rape incident at a coastal town in south Devon, COPS have made images of a guy they want to speak to public.
On Thursday, the horrifying occurrence happened close to a pier in the seaside town of Paignton.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said:”Detectives are investigating a report of a rape that happened in Paignton on Thursday 29 June.
“It was reported to have taken place in the area of the Pier between 10.30pm and 11.30pm.
“Police have released pictures of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
“The female victim is being supported by specially trained officers.
“Police investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.”
Anyone with information is urged to call police at (101), or submit a tip online via log 511 from June 30.
Additionally, they are pleading with anyone with dash cam or CCTV evidence from the Paignton seaside area to come forward.
