ISLAMABAD: Petrol Price in Pakistan is anticipated to drop today, which is good news for the people decimated by inflation.
Details indicate that the oil companies have recommended to Ogra that the prices of petroleum products be revised, and that the price of gasoline be reduced by Rs 2.98 per litre.
The oil companies reportedly suggested raising the price of fuel by Rs 8.88, kerosene by Rs 16.65, and light diesel by Rs 12.93 per litre in their recommendation.
The OGRA will provide a summary to the government regarding price changes for petroleum products, and the Prime Minister will then grant his or her final approval before the new prices are made public. It should be mentioned that Pakistan changes the price of petroleum products twice a month.
