The women’s football team will play friendly matches against Singapore with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB).
In a formal letter to PSB, the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) has asked for the granting of a NOC for the national team’s travel to Singapore.
The notification stated, “The ministry has no objection to the team’s visit for the friendly matches between Singapore and Pakistan, scheduled to be held from July 13 to 18.”

When the Pakistan Sports Board initially declined to issue a NOC for their planned departure to Singapore last week, the national team was placed in an awkward situation.
Today’s departure was planned for the national team to travel to Singapore for a pair of friendly games. However, the NOC issue forced them to postpone their plans.
Media reports state that on June 27, the PFF submitted a request for the NOC. The sports board, however, only learned of the request on July 3 because of the Eid holidays.
The Pakistan Sports Board responded by demanding that football federations submit all required paperwork for a NOC at least six weeks beforehand.
