The country saw 42% above-average rainfall in March 2023, according to the PMD’s Monthly Climate Summary.The nation reportedly saw higher-than-average temperatures. The average temperature across the nation was 20.49°C, which is 1.63°C warmer than the normal average of 18.86°C. Since records began in 1961, this March’s temperature ranked sixth in the world.
In Mithi, the hottest day had a temperature of 40.5°C on March 6. At Karachi Airport, the hottest night was seen on March 17 with a temperature of 24.5°C.
