Pak vs Eng: Karachi Traffic Plan For 20 September 2022

A thorough traffic plan for September 20, 2022, has been released by the Karachi Traffic Police in anticipation of the Pakistan vs. England T20 match that will be played at Karachi’s National Stadium.

Details on the closed routes, as well as alternatives and parking for commuters and match attendees, have reportedly been provided by the authorities.

Pak vs Eng: Karachi Traffic Plan For 20 September 2022

Hassan Square fly-over – Civic Centre Bridge and Expo Centre left turning towards National Stadium will remain closed for all types of traffic coming from Liaquatabad and University Road.

Karsaz – For small vehicles (cars and bikes only), the Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road will stay open from Karsaz up to the National Stadium Signal. Heavy and public transportation will not be allowed on this route.

Millennium – For small vehicles (cars and bikes only), the Dalmia Road will stay open from Rashid Minhas Road up to National Stadium Signal. Heavy and public transportation will not be allowed on this route.

New Town – Stadium Road will only be accessible to small vehicles (cars and bikes) coming from University Road and turning towards LNH and AKUH. Heavy and public transportation will not be allowed on this route.

Routes Closed

Heavy Traffic: From Sohrab Goth to Nipa, Liaquatabad Number 10, and Hassan Square, all heavy traffic will be redirected; however, from PP Chowrangi to University Road, Karsaz to National Stadium, Millennium to New Town, all heavy traffic will be closed.
