Later this week, China will host the official launch of the Oppo Reno 10 series, which includes the Oppo Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G. In order to give enthusiasts and customers a preview of what to expect from the handsets, a tipster has leaked renders of the three upcoming smartphones in the Reno 10 series. Live images of the phones were also leaked along with the renders, revealing what would be in the retail units; these phones would come packaged with chargers. In the meantime, the organization has officially announced the Oppo Reno 10’s camera specifications ahead of time.
The Oppo Reno 10 series in a gold color option, along with the retail packaging that includes a charging brick, a USB cable, and a transparent phone cover, have been leaked live images by tipster Evan Blass (Twitter: @evleaks). In contrast to the live images, the Oppo Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+ 5G are depicted in leaked design renders in the colors black, gold, and purple, respectively.
Along with these allegedly leaked images, Blass also shared what appear to be leaking marketing materials that give away the handset’s specifications. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC and what appears to be the company’s MariSilicon NPU may be found in the Oppo Reno 10 Pro series. The premium Reno 10 Pro+ 5G is rumored to have a periscope camera.
Prior to the Oppo Reno 10 series’ launch in China, the company also hinted at its camera specifications. Oppo claims that the Oppo Reno 10 will have a telephoto camera, but the picture clearly shows that the phone also has a 64-megapixel camera. The top-tier Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ will have a 64-megapixel main sensor with a periscope lens and an f/2.5 aperture, according to previous teasers from the company. The manufacturer has not yet released the phone’s specifications.
The Reno 10 series of smartphones will have 120Hz OLED displays, according to Oppo. The Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ may have Dimensity 8200 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processors, respectively, while the base model will be powered by a Snapdragon 778 SoC and support 80W fast charging. It is anticipated that both Reno 10 Pro models will support 100W fast charging.
