The Oppo A98 5G has been the subject of leaks and rumors for a number of months. The Oppo smartphone’s purported specifications and render have now appeared online. It is displayed with a 64-megapixel triple camera setup at the back and a hole-punch cutout in the center. A Snapdragon 695 SoC is rumored to power the Oppo A98 5G along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging capability might power it.
The render and technical details of the Oppo A98 5G have been leaked by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, according to an Appuals report. The front of the phone is shown in the render, and it has a hole-punch cutout in the center that houses the selfie camera. On the left spine, it appears to have buttons for power and volume.
According to the leak, the Oppo A98 5G will use ColorOS 13, an Android 13-based UI, and have a 6.7-inch (1,080×2,400-pixel) LTPS LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 391ppi pixel density. It is rumored to include Panda Glass security. As previously mentioned, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC along with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of storage may power it. A microSD card could add up to 1TB of storage to the onboard memory.
The Oppo A98 5G is anticipated to have three rear cameras: a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, and a second 2-megapixel macro lens with an f/3.3 aperture.
