VANDERPUMP Regulations After hooking up with Raquel Leviss, Oliver Saunders filed for divorce from his ex-wife, The U.S. Sun has exclusively revealed.
Monday saw the debut of the jaw-dropping Vanderpump Rules season 10 teaser, which features cast member Raquel having sex with Oliver, the son of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress Garcelle Beauvais.
Oliver tells his mom in the trailer, “We had a good night,” referencing what fans believe was his date with Raquel, 28.
Garcelle, who is well-known for her friendship with Lisa Vanderpump, the star of the show, appears perplexed and responds, “Oh, should I be here?”
On September 14, 2022, in Las Vegas, where they both reside, Oliver filed for divorce from Samantha Saunders following their on-camera encounter that was captured this past summer.
He stated that there was “no hope of reconciliation” in the divorce case, which The U.S. Sun got exclusively.
He wrote: “During the course of said marriage, the tastes, mental disposition, views, likes, and dislikes of Plaintiff and Defendant have become so widely divergent that the parties have become incompatible in marriage to such an extent that it is impossible for them to live together as husband and wife and that the incompatibility between them is so great there is no possibility of reconciliation.”
On May 23, 2020, Oliver, 31, and Samantha, 32, exchanged vows.
Together, they gave birth to son Oliver Saunders, Jr., who turned two in February of the previous year. She is the mother of three other kids from past relationships.
Oliver, a staff member at LVP’s restaurant in Vegas, is asking for joint legal custody. He is battling for sole physical custody, though.
He stated in the filing: “Plaintiff is a fit and proper person to be awarded Primary Physical Custody of the minor child subject to a reasonable visitation for Defendant.”
Oliver chose to “not give spousal support” to Samantha and to let the court decide how much child support should be given.
He also asked that they “equally divide cost for any unreimbursed medical, dental, optical, or other health-related expense incurred” for their joint newborn boy, according to the court document.
He requested the court’s permission to alter the request at the time of trial since, at the time of filing, he was unaware of the communal assets and debts as well as his exclusive and separate property.
While it is currently sealed, the divorce is still pending. In a separate proceeding, Samantha is suing Oliver for child support; she filed in July 2020.
