The significance of mosques to Islam is not up for debate. For a very long time, they have gathered Muslims under one roof. They have consistently shown how Islam is one to the entire world.

The Huaiseng Mosque is the oldest mosque in China and all of Asia. It is thought to be the oldest mosque site in China with a history spanning more than 1,300 years.
The mosque was built in 627 by Saad ibn Abi Waqqas, a follower of the Prophet who is said to have arrived in China in the 620s. Up until the dawn of the twenty-first century, the minaret, which has two levels and rises to a height of 36 meters, was the tallest building in the city.
It is incredibly gratifying to know that the mosque has been completely preserved after hundreds of years thanks to the efforts of our Chinese people. The interest of travelers is also continuously increasing.
