A prominent provider of digital transformation services, 10Pearls, has acquired Oiga Technologies, a high-tech firm based in Colombia that develops products with an emphasis on artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and blockchain. By strengthening its capabilities in developing new products and emerging technologies, 10Pearls will be better able to offer its clients creative solutions across a variety of industry verticals.
Oiga Technologies is a global software development company that combines cutting-edge technologies with data to deliver tailored solutions. It was founded in 2017 by renowned data scientist and inventor Michael Puscar. The 120 data scientists, software developers, and inventors from Oiga will join the product development team at 10Pearls. While Bob Reisenweber, the current CEO of Oiga Technologies, will take on the position of Managing Director, LATAM within 10Pearls, Puscar will play a crucial role as a strategic advisor.

In 2023, this will be 10Pearls’ third international acquisition as it expands its expertise in cutting-edge technologies. With 400 employees in Latin America, this acquisition increases 10Pearls’ headcount to more than 1,600 contributors.
