After her fiance called off their engagement just seven weeks before the big day, a well-known news presenter Neena Pacholke killed herself.
Last Saturday, August 27, Neena Pacholke committed suicide in Wausau, Wisconsin, in the United States.
A pal allegedly discovered another woman’s undergarments in the bed she had shared with her ex-fiancé and father of two Kyle Haase, 38, according to DailyMail.com.
On October 12, they were supposed to get married. She committed suicide, the police revealed yesterday (September 2).
It is believed that a friend of Neena had asked police for a welfare check, but by the time they arrived, it was too late.
Just one month after the much-loved celebrity committed suicide, on July 27, the house deal for their new home had been finalised.
Friends of Pacholke claimed that she had put more effort into the union than Haase had.
Speaking to DailyMail.com one said: “They were always arguing, and it seemed like Neena was more in love with Kyle that he was with her”.
The outlet reports that Neena may have become suspicious that commercial salesperson Kyle may have reconnected with a former lover.
Neena accepted Kyle’s marriage proposal in May, and earlier this year she moved into his apartment after giving up her home in Wausau’s downtown.
But after a confrontation in July, he allegedly declared he was throwing her out.
The loss of Neena has devastated everyone. She always had a wonderful smile on her face, a friend told the Mail. But for her to kill herself, she must have had a moment in her life that changed her decision to do so.
Her parents spoke with WAOW-9, the station where she broadcast the morning programme Wake Up Wisconsin, after she passed away.
They said she’d had her own mental health battles to fight: “She was getting treatment. I’ll put it out there – she had been to the crisis centre a couple of times.
“She had so many people here to talk to. She talked to people, but she didn’t want anybody to know how she was hurting so she didn’t talk until it got so bad.”
