A 15-year-old girl who has gone missing and is thought to have been kidnapped from a beach on Hawaii Island has received an AMBER notice as of Friday night.
At around 1:30 pm, Mikella Debina, according to Hawaii Island Police, was last seen on the south side of Anaehoomalu Bay close to Waikoloa Beach Drive.
She was last spotted, according to authorities, in a black bikini top and floral-printed bottoms.
Debina has brown shoulder-length hair, a tan complexion, and a height and weight of 5 feet 3 inches and 120 pounds, respectively.
She may be with a local man, described as being between the ages of 45 and 60, standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an average build, and donning grey shorts, according to investigators.
