According to Minister for National Health Services and Regulations Abdul Qadir Patel, the Medical and Dental Colleges Entrance Test (MDCAT) 2022 has been postponed indefinitely due to the devastation caused by floods across the nation.
Speaking to the media in Islamabad, the minister stated that the newly established Pakistan Medical Council (PMC) has postponed the Admission Test due to the country’s current flood situation.
According to Patel, many students chose not to submit an application for admission since electricity and internet services were disrupted in Sindh and Balochistan flood-affected districts.
