Education activist and Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai announced the publication of a new book ten years after her first memoir, “I Am Malala,” was published. On Monday, she announced it on social media.
“I am thrilled to announce that I am working on my next book,” she wrote.
“Over the past few years, as I’ve found freedom, a companion, and eventually myself, my life has undergone an incredible change.” This will be my most personal book to date, so I’m eager for you to read it.
She mentioned that “I Am Malala,” her first book, which was published shortly after she turned 16 years old, will turn ten in October.
“I am eager to tell you what has since happened,” she retorted.
Yousafzai, 25, stated this in a statement that Atria made public. The author writes, “This is my most personal book yet, and I hope readers will find understanding, consolation, and recognition in my story.”
