The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) raised the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs60 per kilogramme in response to the rise in gasoline prices.
The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has increased by Rs60 per kg to Rs264 per kg, according to a notification from the OGRA.
Following the increase in LPG prices, the cost of a home LPG cylinder has increased by Rs703 and a commercial cylinder by Rs2706. Commercial cylinders will now cost Rs11,984 and domestic cylinders will cost Rs3,115.
LPG Industries Association of Pakistan Chairman Irfan Khokhar attacked the regulatory body and referred to it as a “mafia” in a statement. After a historic price spike, liquefied petroleum gas was no longer affordable to customers, he claimed.
