When the two-sear aircraft collided with the high-voltage cable and crashed to the ground in Turkey, it was completely destroyed.
In a final internet message made just before the plane crashed, she had wrote “Byee.”
On December 1st, at 3:13 pm, Burcu and his pilot Hakan Koksal, 54, took off from Pamukova in the province of Sakarya.
Video captures the aircraft taxiing on the runway just before takeoff.
However, communication was abruptly lost at 3:32 PM when it was flying at an altitude of about 4000 feet.
Soon after, the burning remains of the aircraft were discovered in Osmangazi, Bursa Province.
A nearby natural gas plant’s employees alerted authorities to a falling object.
The bodies of Burcu and Hakan, the president of a flying club, were discovered there by search and rescue personnel who were called to the scene.
When the plane caught fire when one of its wings collided with a high-voltage overhead power wire at the Ovaakca Natural Gas Cycle Power Plant, it is thought to have killed one person.
Alinur Aktas, the mayor of Bursa, stated that the other is thought to have perished after being ejected from the plane.
Investigations are being conducted to determine what caused the plane to strike the 380,000-volt wire.
According to local media, Burcu informed her parents that morning that she was leaving the house to look for work.
They didn’t know she had gotten on the plane until they got a phone call from the authorities telling them she had died.
