A man who was suspiciously burying a body was detained by Lahore Police. The man, Kazim Kamal Khan, is accused of killing his 50-year-old American wife Diana Christo Khan.
The police were informed by a gravedigger who was on the scene. He saw someone trying to bury a body without following the customary procedures, such as conducting funeral rites. When the police arrived, they discovered the body with no cover, which raised questions.
The unfortunate death of an American citizen in Lahore was acknowledged by the US State Department. Details indicate that it is aiding the victim’s family during this trying time.
Notably, Kazim was expelled from the US following the 9/11 attacks. His relationship became strained, though, because his wife and daughter remained there. According to the reports, he deceived his wife into traveling to Pakistan by making up a serious illness.
Diana had wounds all over her body, including bruising on her neck and a head wound. To ascertain the precise cause of death, the body is currently the subject of additional investigation.
