Three children who went missing while “on a trip to the seaside” have a mother who is pleading for assistance in finding them.
The morning of July 30, their mother Dawn Daley last saw Khalid, 8, Aasayah, 6, and Maimunah Algehani, 4.
Their father picked them up for a trip to North Yorkshire’s Robin Hood’s Bay, and they were scheduled to return on August 10.
But on Wednesday, when Dawn went to collect them up from their father’s place, nobody was there.
Officers worry that Khalid, Aasayah, and Maimunah have been abducted by a “family member”—Dawn suspects this to be their father.
“I just want to know where my children are,” Dawn told the Manchester Evening News.
“I’m scared I’m never going to see them again.
“If anyone has any information please contact me or the police immediately.”
A missing persons probe has been launched by Greater Manchester Police.
A police spokesman said: “On August 10, police received a report that three children aged 8, 6 and 4 were missing from their home in Wythenshawe.
“The children are believed to be with a family member. Enquiries are ongoing to trace the whereabouts of the children.”
