Katya Elise Henry, fiancée of NBA player Tyler Herro revealed dating a renowned athlete is “not for the weak.”
Herro, a shooting guard who plays for the Miami Heat, has been a part of the Katya Elise Henry team since March 2020.
The couple presently has one child together, and they recently revealed they are expecting a second.
The Minneapolis-native Katya has a big social media following with about 8 million Instagram followers.
And in a recent question-and-answer session, she shared some details about her life as an NBA Wag.
Fans asked the fitness model about her connection with the Heat player during the AMA session, jumping right into the difficult topics.
One said: “[Any] advice for anyone who just started dating an NBA player?”
Katya immediately shot back: “Aww man buckle up lol this life is not for the weak.”
Katya, a fitness enthusiast and ardent vegan, has been at the forefront of several popular internet exercises.
She briefly worked as a nanny before becoming a well-known influencer. After Herro was selected by the Heat in the 2019 NBA Draft, she met him.
While other viewers were curious as to whether Katya and Herro were planning a wedding.
“Marriage isn’t something I’m pressed on to be honest,” she said in response when asked if she had considered getting married.
After welcoming baby Zya into the world in September of last year, she also offered some parenting advice.
“The dream works because of teamwork,” she remarked.
Herro is approaching the end of his rookie contract but is still qualified for a rookie-scale extension.
The 6’5″ guard had a career-high scoring average of over 20 points per game in the regular season last year.
