KARK reporter dead Haven Hughes Dead, Cause of Death

The motorcycle’s 34-year-old driver, Mark Hudson, was taken to a hospital with injuries that were potentially fatal.

Hughes, the passenger, was declared deceased at the site.

The driver of the car was Chandria Stigall, age 46.

Stigall gave a urine sample for toxicological testing while being transported to the 12th Street Substation.

The scene was visited by accident reconstruction officers, who took images and processed the evidence.

Interviews with witnesses resulted in no charges being brought.
