Several areas of Karachi received light showers on Saturday, with the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicting the latest spell to last till the weekend.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted that following a brief hot weather, the majority of the country will endure another damp spell.
The PMD advisory states that moist currents are currently infiltrating the higher regions of the country and will do so for the next 5 days. On Sunday, a westerly wave will also reach the higher regions of the nation.
