Due to the development of thunderous clouds, Karachi residents can expect to experience heavy rainfall on March 23 (Thursday) and drizzle and light rain today (Tuesday), according to meteorological analyst Jawad Memon.
Today’s light rain has already drenched various areas of the city.
The analyst went on to explain that under the city’s western wind system, thunderous clouds could form because of the heat and humidity.
According to the weather experts, this western wind system is also predicted to bring rain and hail to Thatta and Badin today.
According to Memon, Balochistan will experience another system of westerly winds tomorrow (March 22). He continued by saying that the system would be more powerful and capable of expanding.
According to the meteorologist, moisture from the Arabian Sea will support this system, and as a result, most of Karachi may experience rain and hailstorms.
He also mentioned that a system that will arrive on March 22 and last through March 24 is likely to bring dusty winds and thundershowers.
“These thunderous clouds are likely to form in the east, west, and south of the city today,” Memon said.
The metropolitan area is likely to experience rain on Thursday and Friday, according to Memon.
