For the Pakistan Super League (PSL) games that would take place in the National Stadium from February 14 to February 26, 2023, Karachi traffic police released a traffic diversion plan yesterday.
Details indicate that media cars travelling from Karsaz should park at the National Coaching Centre and China Ground, which are both reachable from Sir Shah Suleman Road and Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road via the Stadium Flyover.
The National Coaching Centre, China Ground, is located on Sir Shah Sulaiman Road to the right of the stadium flyover on Pir Sabghatullah Shah Rashidi Road, where media vehicles arriving from Millennium Mall should park after passing Stadium Road.
After parking on Sir Shah Sulaiman Road to the left of Aga Khan Hospital via Stadium Road, media vehicles travelling from New Town should turn right into Sir Shah Sulaiman Road (Pir Sabghatullah Shah Rashidi Road).
Fans from different areas of the city can park in Dalmia, adjacent to the Gharib Nawaz Football Ground, thanks to provisions made by the department.

Due to security concerns, the department has entirely closed the route between Liaquatabad No. 10 and Hassan Square Bridge to traffic.
Similar to this, while vehicles can still travel from Stadium Road to Hassan Square, they won’t be allowed to turn into the stadium from the Expo Centre’s turn onto University Road.
Heavy traffic will not be allowed in any way from the Stadium Signal to Hassan Square. To prevent conflict, the general population is advised to work with law enforcement and traffic police.
