Hours after delivering a playful sushi jab, the World Cup’s “hottest fan” posed with Japanese supporters in a stadium before Croatia’s match.
At Al Janoub Stadium, Croatia will compete against the Asian powerhouses for a spot in the quarterfinals.
Before the crucial game at 3 o’clock began, Knoll was seen photographing Japan supporters.
“Japan, we are ready for you!” she captioned a photo of herself eating sushi.
The playful jab comes as Knoll responded to critics in a new racy Instagram post after receiving “disapproving” attention for her racy attire at this year’s World Cup.
In preparation for her team’s round of 16 matchup with Japan this afternoon, the Croatian supermodel dazzled in a bikini on Doha’s beachfront.
She proudly hoisted the flag for the Vatreni on Instagram before the big tie, showcasing her curves in a tight one piece.
She wrote, “Let’s party like it’s 1998,” alluding to Croatia’s first-ever victorious run to the semifinals.
She later added a love heart emoji, much to her 1.2 million devoted admirers’ delight.
Ivana has consistently supported her team in Doha and has already dazzled in a number of plunging outfits emblazoned with Croatia’s recognisable checkered coat of arms.
The 30-year-old German-born model has so far tweeted photos of herself posing up by the curved tower in Lusail while wearing a provocative swimwear. She also wore a sexy, form-fitting attire before her team’s match against Morocco.
She later drew the attention of passersby in Qatar when she showed up in the last group match against Belgium wearing a red checkered bikini top and a tight red legging.
She’s been known as the “World Cup’s hottest fan” as a result of all of this.
Mohammed Hassan Al-Jefairi, a well-known Qatari businessman, allegedly claimed that local men had been taking pictures of her and staring at her because they didn’t like the way she was dressed.
Following last Thursday’s 0-0 draw between Croatia and Belgium, he posted to Twitter with the following message: “Just for your information, they take a photo not because they like her, but because they don’t like the way she is mis-dressed on regards to our culture.
You can verify this with any Qatari in the area to report it.
It has been suggested to visitors visiting Qatar to cover their shoulders and stay away from short skirts.
And many glam soccer fans have been threatened with being hit with steep fines or even imprisoned if they display their figures when visiting the gulf country.
Ivana, however, has persisted in making fun of the coverage, and in the past, she has appeared before competitions wearing a short thong swimsuit on a beach in Qatar.
