The iQoo Pad has been unveiled in China by Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo. The tablet and the iQoo Neo 8 series of smartphones were both unveiled at the same time. The new iQoo Pad is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+chipset and up to 12GB RAM, and it is available in four storage configurations. The display is a 12.1-inch LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2.8K resolution, and a maximum brightness of 600nits. OriginOS 3 powered by Android 13 powers the tablet.
Price and Availability:
The base 8GB + 128GB storage variant of the iQoo Pad costs CNY 2,599, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs CNY 2,899, and the 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 3,199. The most expensive iQoo Pad has a 12GB+512GB configuration and costs CNY 3,499.
Vivo China’s online store is currently taking pre-orders for the iQoo Pad. It is only available in the color Interstellar Gray.

The iQoo Pad weighs 585g and has dimensions of 266.03×191.60×6.59mm.
