On May 23, the iQoo Neo 8 5G and iQoo Neo 8 Pro will be made available in China. Through a Weibo post, the company has teased the phone’s design as well as some of its key features. The company has officially disclosed the camera specifications, battery capacity, and charging support for the iQoo Neo 8 5G series. It is also confirmed that a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC and a triple rear camera setup will power the iQoo Neo 8 5G series.
The soon-to-be-released iQoo Neo 8 5G series’ camera specifications, battery, and charging capacity have all been made public by the company in advance of the launch. The smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup, with the main 50-megapixel sensor supported by OIS. It will be unveiled in China on May 23 at 7 p.m. local time (4.00 p.m. PST). The teaser poster claims that the third sensor will be positioned in a tiny cutout next to the LED flash, while the other two camera sensors will be seated in the circular cutouts.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer also affirmed that a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support will power the upcoming iQoo Neo 8 5G series. It is stated to charge 50% in just 9 minutes.
The company has also disclosed the smartphone’s display and processor specifications. The iQoo Neo 8 5G Pro will have up to 16GB RAM and a MediaTek 9200+ SoC, according to a poster the company released. The smartphones will also come with a 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
A Vivo V1+ image signal processor will also be included in the premium iQoo Neo 8 Pro. A 5K ice waterfall VC three-dimensional heat dissipation is the additional confirmed specification.
