A number of airlines are having trouble as there have been several internet claims of surprise cancellations, delays, and even hair and insects in the food. Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently voiced his displeasure with the quality of the food given to him on an Air India trip.
The same airline is currently in the news after a passenger by the name of Mahavir Jain posted an alarming video shot on a journey from Mumbai to Chennai. Jain posted a picture of his dinner on Twitter while traveling in Air India’s business class. The video clip depicts an insect scurrying across the most consumed dish of food.
“@airindiain insect in the meal served in business class,” according to the post caption.

Also, some expressed their disdain in the comments area. Several people made the point that when a person pays so much for a nice flight, such treatment is not at all expected.
