ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, a former prime minister and the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has sharply criticised the federal government over the dramatic decline in the value of the Pakistani rupee relative to the US dollar.
The former prime minister noted on Twitter that the dollar was at Rs. 178 “when US government conspiracy [Vote of No-Confidence] was tabled.” Imran Khan claims that despite the deal with the IMF, the Rupee has dropped to 224 versus the US dollar (IMF).
When US regime conspiracy's VoNC was tabled $ was at Rs 178. Today it is Rs 224 & in freefall despite IMF agreement. The economic meltdown shows Sharifs never had any expertise in running economy or administration. Their only expertise is looting, money laundering & getting NROs
