Along with I Love A Mama’s Boy and sMothered, it was renewed for a second season following the popularity of the first.

Extreme Sisters Cast
Season 2 will introduce fans to new siblings and welcome back a number of well-known characters.
Twins Christina and Jessica from “Psychic Sisters,” as well as Anna and Lucy DeCinque, who have the same boyfriend, are returning cast members.
According to Lucy, “We think of each other as one person, we can never be separated.”
“When she goes to the toilet, I come with her; when she has a shower, I come with her,” Anna added.
“You name it and we do it, we’re never apart. I don’t think we’d function without each other.
“We have separation anxiety. We’re bound to each other.

The new cast members include stepsisters Ashley and Vee, twins Jordan and Randi, and identical triplets Hannah, Katherine, and Nadia.
