In response to the victim’s family receiving trolling, a terrifying video of the moment a young woman was struck by a rollercoaster and suffered terrible injuries has been released online.
After being attacked by the Rebel Coaster at the Melbourne Royal Show on Sunday, Shylah Rodden, 26, is still in intensive care.
On TikTok, shocking video of the incident shows Ms. Rodden being struck by the rollercoaster and carried nine meters at the start of a loop.
Out of respect for the young victim and her family, Daily Mail Australia has decided not to post the video.

Police suspect Ms. Rodden entered the high-speed ride’s tracks in order to recover a cell phone.
Just a few days after the incident, on Tuesday, the ride was reopened. Ms. Rodden’s family has criticized this decision as “shameful.”
Caisha Rodden, her distraught sister, told Daily Mail Australia that her family is still unaware of the full degree of Ms. Rodden’s injuries.
‘We don’t know (the) possibilities and chances at this stage,’ she said.
The ride has been deemed safe by WorkSafe following an examination, according to show spokesperson Katie Scanlan, and could reopen as early as Tuesday.
‘The safety and well-being of our visitors to the show continues to be our number one priority,’ she said in a statement.
‘Strict safety protocols are upheld in line with Victorian WorkSafe regulations. All rides on site have undergone stringent compliance inspections and have passed all the required safety documentation.’
Regarding whether any safety measures have been implemented as a result of Ms. Rodden’s accident, show management declined to comment. Up until this weekend, the Melbourne Royal Show will be accessible.
Following the reopening of the ride, Ms. Rodden once again received disgusting internet criticism.
