The body of a deceased lady discovered wrapped in plastic inside a man’s room in South Los Angeles by his terrified mother has been recognized, but many questions about the brutal homicide remain.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, the victim’s name is Hannah Rachel Collins, 30.
