New CAD-based renderings of the Pixel 8 Pro were released, giving us our first look at Google’s next flagship device. The new and improved Tensor 3 processor will power the Google Pixel 8 series, according to the leaks. The Pixel 8 pro display is compared to that of its predecessor, the Pixel 7 pro, in a swarm of raw CAD photos published today by the same source. Also, the insider claims that the Pixel 8 series will debut in October.
What has the Pixel 8 Pro changed?
The Pixel 8 Pro’s screen will have more rounded corners and fewer curved edges, according to the leaked pictures. A gadget with the upgrade could be more ergonomic than the Pixel 7 Pro.
While curved edges on Ultras have been less and less popular in recent years, Samsung has made the same decision, and it now looks like Google is following suit. Given that Samsung is likely to provide the Pixel 8 Pro’s display screen, this is hardly surprising.

While these are raw CAD pictures that were not intended to represent bezels, it is important to note that what you see in the comparison photos with “rounded edges” is not bezels. Don’t worry, there won’t be any bulky, unsightly bezels on the Pixel 8 or Pixel 8 Pro. We can only hope that this will never again be the norm.
Similar to the pro model, the Pixel 8’s display will have rounded sides, giving it a less boxy appearance than its predecessor. The non-Pro flagship Pixel, on the other hand, will continue to have a flat display.
