Rumors that rapper Bugzy Malone and Gemma Owen are dating have been refuted.
After breaking up with Luca Bish, the Love Island contestant, 19, is rumoured to have gone on a few dates with the grime star, real name Aaron Davis.
The dressage rider, however, dispelled the rumours by pointing out that the two don’t even follow one another on Instagram as she unveiled her inaugural Pretty Little Thing line.
“I have never met or spoken to him and we don’t follow each other on social media. I am not dating and I am definitely single,” Gemma explained.
“Just after Christmas, I had much needed time with my family and friends and I am working on myself. I am not going to date anytime soon and I’m not looking.
“On a personal level, I want to work on my happiness and investing time in people close to me, my family and friends and just being content in myself,” reports MailOnline.
The British grime star, 32, who hails from Manchester, was said to be “really into” the influencer with a source telling The Sun the pair had “enjoyed a few dates over the past few weeks”.
Gemma appears to be concentrating solely on herself as she moves over her breakup from Luca, though.
Three months after moving out of the villa, the couple broke up after a trip to Dubai where the former fisherman met Gemma’s father Michael.
They announced in a statement that they had made the “mutual but difficult” choice to break up, shattering their Love Island illusion.
“To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship,” the football legend’s daughter stated in a statement.
“It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for both of us right now.
He told fans he took time away from the online world to deal with “things going on in [his] personal life”.
The Brighton-born reality star told how he didn’t want to “fake it” by posting while not feeling like himself.
He said, “Merry Christmas and a happy new year,” while sharing a video. I’m back, but I haven’t felt like myself.
“I had a few things going on in my personal life and family life and wanted to stay away from socials and not fake it and be around the people that are there for me.
“I know you guys are and that’s why I’m trying to make an effort now.“
