A court heard today that a model stabbed her boyfriend in the heart with a seven-inch knife after he told her their relationship was ended.
Bradley Lewis, 22, was reportedly murdered in Kingswood, Bristol, in March by Abigail White, 23.
Bristol Crown Court was informed that the father-of-four had previously told her, “I don’t want to be with you anymore, Abi.”
Then, according to White, he allegedly sank a knife through Bradley’s heart and through the space between his ribs.
She screamed and rushed into the garden after being unable to get 999, the jury was informed.
When a neighbour overheard the screaming and hurried over to investigate, he found Bradley laying on his back.
It was said that a seven-inch knife had been set on top of the radiator cover in the corridor.
After being taken to the hospital urgently, he was unable to be saved and was pronounced dead the following day.
According to testimony given in court, White told authorities during her police interrogation that she did not kill Bradley instead of responding to their questions.
She stated in a prepared statement that as she was attempting to throw the knife out the door after wrestling the knife away from him, he grabbed her and stabbed himself.
