According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), weather in Karachi and the rest of Sindh is predicted to get even colder, with the port city’s temperature likely to plummet to 5 degrees Celsius.
Details indicate that a cold wave will hit Karachi and the rest of Sindh from tomorrow to January 17, 2023.
In the districts of Larkana, Qambar Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Jamshoro, Dadu, and Tharparker, the minimum temperature may fall to 2-4 degrees Celsius due to weather conditions.
In the meantime, temperatures in the districts of Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Noshahro Feroz, Khairpur, Sukkur, Ghotki, and Sanghar are predicted to fall by 3 to 5 degrees Celsius.
Furthermore, Karachi’s weather is predicted to become bitterly cold, with lows of 5-7 degrees Celsius possible in the port city and nearby districts such as Hyderabad, Mityari, Tando Allayar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Badin, Sujawal, and Thatta.
During the cold wave in Sindh province, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has warned citizens to take precautions.
